It is hard to say. Yes, it looked like you had the begining of a temp shift, but it didn't quite make it above the 'coverline' even for the first three days. I am not really sure if I can say you O'd and it is a fallback or not. FF is very liberal with the CH it gives sometimes, more than the way I was taught to interpret charts. If you go by the 'rules' your chart really should not have had CH to begin with because the 3 high temps were not .2 degrees above the previous 6 temps.
I guess all we can do is wait and see. Hopefull your temp goes back up and you get your CH back. I would BD just in case. I *know you are supposed to O like 12-24 hours after a pos OPK, but I used them for the first time last cycle I got the pos OPK on CD 13 and I O'd on CD 16. FF says 13, but if I take the pos OPK away they change it. I believe my body over the pee stick personally.
