Can you ladies give me any tips in starting out? Af arrived today and i am frustrated with never knowing when its arriving if i'm even ovulating. Do i start testing while af is here of after she leaves? I really am so lost and unsure of why its been a year since my miscarriage and still no pregnancy

I temp while she is here - that way I don't get out of my routine. (I missed today because of DH distracting me as the alarm went off- grrr!)

Just make sure you temp at the same time every day - even if you have to set the alarm for a funky time and then go right back to bed. If you've never used Fertility Friend, it's probably one of the easiest to use and they have a free charting course (plus all the super wonderful ladies on here will help you out of course! )

Go here and read post #2 Getting Started Temping

Best advice I can give you is Temp at the same time each morning before getting out of bed. You may need to set an alarm, most women do. Good Luck!
