I had CH showing I O'd on CD 14...then my temps dropped, they just don't want to go back up.

It doesn't look like I am getting my CH back. Very weird. How do I know when AF will show up? Do you think there is something wrong with me?

Although it's weird because if you look at my chart overlay my temps are following the same pattern as previous months just lower...

Hi Renee, I'm sorry FF took your CH away but I still think you did O on CD14. Your overlay chart looks almost the same, except like you said, the after-O temps seems a bit low. Have you gotten your progesteron level tested? FF says it is the progesteron that makes the temp shift, so I'd guess if you didn't hv a temp shift it means progesteron is a bit low? You mentioned one m/c in your FF intro, (I'm not an expert) but could that be due to low progesteron? (I also had low progesteron level and I'm taking some chinese herbs that warms the body, so I hope it'll be warm enough for the baby.)

I had my progesterone levels check 2 months after the MC and was told they were fine. I think it was around 8 at CD8 and 32 at CD 23 (after I O'd) So my doctor told me that yes I was Oing and the levels were very good.

Now that I think more about it I have not slept well in the last couple of days, and I've been sleepwalking (I do this every once in awhile). Perhaps this affected my temps?

Ooops yes I think it's CD15, I keep confusing myself with the temp dip and spike. It's the spike in temp that indicates the O not the dip!
