So tomorrow I will be waking up at least 1.5 hours earlier than usual. Should I go ahead and take my temp or should I just skip it?

You should take it, just make a note that it was early. If you are pre-O it really shouldn't make a difference. The temp may be lower, but you should still be able to see a pattern.

You can use a temp corrector if you like too.

If you are only on CD 5, it really should matter much, unles syou normally O on like CD 9. There should be enough days for the software to determine O even with one off temp.
