Thanks for taking a look at my chart....Ablepearl- you said I might have problem with a short luteal phase so,

Do you think that my luteal phase could be getting shorter or could it of been this short all along? I never charted until 3 cycles ago and I have been succsessful conceiving 3 babies before (1 living, and 2 second trimester losses). My last pregnancy happend in Sept. of 1999. It only took us no more than one and a half months to concieve her. So my problem used to be staying pregnant now it seems to be getting pregnant. Thans for reading.

It looks like you are haveing a 12 day luteal phase. As far as I know, most doctors say 12 days is okay. I believe 12 - 16 is considered normal. I don't think you need to be concerned yet, but if you are worried about it, ask your OB/GYN. You can also use B6 or over the counter progesterone cream to lengthen your LP. HTH

It may or may not be a problem. I was never concerned aboutmy short LP until I started to come to JM. Mine is usually between 10 and 12 days. I have three healthy children. I have been charting for about 7 years, and my LP has always been the same length. I think once it was 13 days.

It is something to think about though if it stays short and you have trouble getting pregnant.

Hi. I've read that 12-16 LP is normal. It's the 8 or 9 LP days that's considered short. Have you gotten your progesteron level checked? Your chart looks fine, but the post O temps is a bit zig-zaggy. But then there are charts like that which end up in a pregnancy.

I'm so sorry for your past 2 m/c. (((HUGS))).

I hope you'll be a mommy again soon!

I agree with the other ladies. An 11-12 day lp is not considered short. You shouldn't need to be concerned unless it's consistently less than 9 days, which wouldn't give a zygote enough time to implant.
