Well, last night got to bed about 10 PM, we watched a movie till about 1.30 AM, prepared to sleep, and 2.30 AM we heard Precious and Trinity giggling and really having fun in their room!!!!!!!!! and of course had to try the best and calm them down. Went back to sleep at 3.30 AM, got up at about 4.15 so thirsty and dry that I had to go get a drink and we started talking with DH in bed till about 5.15 AM. At 5 AM the alarm went off and I took my temps and we continued talking.

I entered the temps and discarded them...didnt seem to make sense...later at 7 am I took temps again and they were even lower......

I would just mark them disturbed because you didn't sleep. Or use the 7 am one.

I could use the 7 am one, which I took when I was preparing to bake for DH.

You enter the temp and then discard it. That way you don't forget what it was and you can put it back on if you need to.

I would use the one from 7 hun.

I am by NO means even close to an expert on charting....but I would just forget about it all together unless it was O time. Then I don't know what I would do...... Maybe BD instead of worrying about my temp....cause baby dancing is what really makes babies....LOL

I could just picture your girls giggling in my head when I read that. I am jealous I usually hear fighting teens in my house at night...

I am sure one temp won't mess up your chart But I already admitted to not knowing much

I would just discard the temp.One temp missing isn't going to have a huge affect on your chart right now. I would enter both temps in the notes section so you know what they were if you question it later though.

Because you really didn't get any sleep at all before you temped (and boy do I know what those nights are like lol) this is what I usually do - I always make note of any temps I take in my notes section and what time it was, and the circumstances of not using the temp (since I like to differeniate between being up because of my own fault not sleeping (so if I know I have a pattern starting), and being woken up by the zoo)

I'd probably do what Meghan said and input it into your chart and then discard it so it's easy to bring back if you notice anything weird with your chart.

I entered the temp and added in notes that I never got sleep so it is an empty cicle.
