A few of you ladies have looked at my chart here and there lately.

Well... my chart has now given me three O dates in the past month.

As you can tell... I'm wayyy past overdue for AF. Since going off the pill in March, nothing has been normal.

Anyway, the first time I thought I was O'ing, I did the BD like mad. Then FF took the CH away. I geared up a second time thinking maybe it was O time and I did the BD like mad again.

Well, after that second time, ff moved my CH to 4 days later! I wasn't BD like crazy then because I thought I had O'ed.

You can see on my chart the BD dates. Did I ruin my chances? I did the BD on the predicted O day but I REALLY wish I did the day BEFORE.

AS a sidenote, I find it hard to believe that spermies live in the body for a few days and that I have a fighting chance to get pg (even if I actually BD'ed on O day.)

Did I ruin my chances this month (if I did actually O)?

Sorry, this was part grumbling and complaining. It's been well over a month and I'm so frustrated.

In general, how's the chart looking?

Looks like you bd'd the day of o and 2 days before. Your bases should be covered.

I think you have it covered not that I'm an expert or anything, but I did want to say that I hear ya on the long long cycles...my last one was 50 some days. I completey understand how frustrating it can be. You're not alone!!

Thanks. I guess I'm just freaking out because I don't think it's ever going to happen. I feel like I have to BD the EXACT moment the egg comes out. And, if I did do the BD on my day of O, I keep worrying that it was just a little too late and the egg was no good at BD time. That's why I wish I did it the day before O.

Yes, I am a little neurotic if you can't tell. But, I just want this so bad.

I'm sorry you have to deal with long cycles, too. Doesn't it just feel like you never even get a chance to TTC? Regular women only really have 12 chances a year... that's not a great statisic to begin with!

An eggie normally lasts at least 12 hours. So if you o'd early in the day, spermies from 2 days earlier should've been waiting, and if you o'd later in the day, that day's spermies would've been able to get the eggie. I think you're in good shape.

Thank you.

BTW, as a side note... I'm curious to see what happens with you tomorrow... if you get AF or if your temps spike back up. I'm sure it'd be an awesome surprise to get the temps back up. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

It's extremely frustrating. When we were TTC my daughter I got pregnant the first time I O'd, but it took me 9 months to O. This time my cycles are closer together and I have a different doctor who is willing to help me out. I have an appointment Monday because she feels my cycles are still too long and wants to give me Clomid. It's a huge comfort to know I'm not the only one out there with really long cycles.

It is a comfort to know that there are other people out there waiting forever for things to happen.

It's kind of funny... I think I'm on like cd37 and I haven't seen anyone else on these boards with a cycle that long... esp. when it says I'm 4dpo!

Oh well... we're all unique and that's just one more thing to prove it.
