Hi there. My husband and I just started to try to have our first baby staring in June. But I am new to the whole charting your fertility thing and have some questions. I was on BC pills until March and went off them and I had a very normal cycle until about June when it went all over the place and became very irregular. anyway according to the cervical mucus charting I THINK I ovulated around the 16 or 17th so we did the BD both days and several days before just in case. (sorry if thats to much info) anyway my question is what is the cervical mucus supposed to be like post ovulation? if anyone knows any info would be really appreciated Thank you!

That is true if you have a textbook cycle. However, some women NEVER dry up completely. I usually have creamy CM from O to AF. It really varies from one woman to the next, and that is why it's so important to chart and get to know their own body!
