Hi. If you use a opk in the morning and its not quite positive but then again in the afternoon and it is, which one do you put on the chart? And if you use the afternoon one, am I supposed to mark it different? This is my first month charting and I think I must have (or maybe Im just hoping) I did it wrong. Thanks Nanette
As far as I know there is no way to mark morning or afternoon. OPK's are like CM though. Mark the most fertile that you see throughout the day. Many times you may get a not quite positive in the morning, a positive in the afternoon, and by morning it could be negative again, so you definitely want to mark it on your chart.
Most OPK's tell you not to use them in the morning...and say afternoon is better Mark the + for the day.
Congrats on a positive OPK
