Hi. This is the first month that I charted, but after looking at some of yours Im wondering whats up with mine... My temps are up and down it seems a awful lot compared to yours. Any idea if its just me or if Im doing it wrong? Thanks again

Are you making sure to take your temp at the same time every day?

We'd love to look at your chart. It may just seem really up and down right now because FF only shows the grid that your temps fall under. Once you're biphasic, the grid expands big time, making your pre-o temps look less up-and-down, if you kwim?

What kind of thermometer are you using? I found mine really evened out once I start using a BBT.

Hi again My chart is http://www.tcoyf.com/forum/chart.asp?id=im_nanette I forgot to add that the first time! I think it is a bbt thermometer, maybe I was wrong about that too. And just about the same time, within 15 or 20 minutes of 4 each day, is that close enough? Sorry, I guess I have ALOT of questions yet! lol Thanks again thou.

This is my first month charting, but I think your chart looks fine. Temps do naturally raise and fall a little bit. You want to look at the bigger picture and notice the trend of higher temps after o'ing.

It looke like you recently O'ed so you want to see your temps stay higher now.

Lots of girls have irratic temps during the first part of their cycle hun. Yours are stabilizing now after ovulation though, and that is a good thing to see. And don't worry about the questions. That is what we are here for!
