this is the first month i've really charted. i don't know what to 'look' for. i'm having problems checking for CM (TMI, i know, i'm sorry!) but i am using a CBE Fertility monitor and OPKs. i'm testing around 5:50 am every morning, first thing.

It' s still a little early to tell what is going on. Your temps appear good so far.

You need to try and take your temps at the same time. Those temps on your chart that have the hollow circles? They denote that you took your temp at an earlier or later time. If you take your temp at least 30 mins before or after your normal time it will make your chart clearer

There's not really much to see yet. You definitely haven't o'd yet.

When I check my cm, I always have to get it directly off of my cervix. I can also feel my cp and firmness at the same time.

i wondered what those hollow circles meant. i know what they are from, i wake up anywhere from forty minutes to an hour and a half earlier, needing to go to the bathroom badly!! so i took my temp before i got up. i'm going to try *harder* to not have to go, lol.

i swear, it seems like my fingers are too short to check!!! i'm going to try again, though. thanks ladies!!! good luck to yall also!

The key really is in making sure that you temp at the same time each and every day. If you continue to find that you are waking earlier, maybe you'll need to set your clock for earlier just to temp, then go back to sleep. That's what I do on many days. well, I already get up at 5:50 am!!! not sure I want to set the alarm any earlier! I honestly think I'm just too excited, if that makes sense. I did much better this morning!

That does make sense. It might just take you a bit to get into the swing of things, and get used to the schedule. It did me! lol
