big temp drop

i had a big temp drop this morning...could this mean ovulation is approaching? i'm CD12. thanks!

it could, but until you have been temping a few cycles, it's hard to see a pattern and know for sure. Just keep temoing and if you start seeing a nice thermal shift, then you know for sure what is going on!

well, this morning i had a big temp jump! .5 degrees.....check it out!

It's possible that was O. We'll have to watch for 2 or 3 days and see what your temps do before we know for sure.

i am watching like a hawk, lol.

so does ovulation occur right before the temp gain, during, or after??

i meant to ask...

when should my OPKs and monitor indicate ovulation? before, during, or after the temp increase?

you'll get a positive on the OPK usually the day before your temps start jumping..the bottom of your climb, basically.

The day before the temp rise is considered ovulation.

Be sure to bd to make sure you cover your bases
