I have been reading some of the posts, and I feel that there is a language I should have learned but didn't in high school. What are CD's? FF? I got OPK ~smile~ In any case, if anyone could help me with some interpretation, here are my numbers. Please forgive my ignorance.

Day 1-6 I was menstruating....

Would you say that this is an ovulatory chart? I am old (41), and I am suddenly worried that while my cycles are like clockwork that it is all menstruation and no ovulation. Thanks for any insight you can give me.

hey ladies. CD stand for Cycle Day and FF is fertility friend. It's a charting software. Here is a link.

Janine, I am not sure that you have O'd yet. I would go to fertility friend and plug those numbers into a chart, and then you'll have a better idea. good luck hun. if you have any other questions, please let me know.

I agree with Stephie. Go to fertilityfriend.com and plug your numbers and everything in. It will give you a much better idea of what is going on with your cycle versus just looking on paper. FF also offers a free 20 lesson course on charting that is very helpful!
