So you only bled for one day with your period? I'd be concerned about that...

I am sorry I cannot help as it appears you spotted from CD2-6. I certainly wouldn't call it o spotting as your previous charts show your o day in the CD20s or thereabouts.

I hope someone else can give you better advice

Hi Jessy, I notice you've posted a few OP about CM. Women with PCOS tend to have more watery CM but that does not mean they're more fertile, it's the opposite actually. And with so much CM, it is quite difficult to judge fertile days using the CM checking method or saliva ferning method because the hormones are all wonky and it does not give a clear cut O day.

From your description, it sounds like you have Ovulatory pains but I'm not too sure. The most accurate way to detect whether you O or not is to do Bloodwork and Ultrasound to check for mature follicles. I think it is a bit tough to detect O-day using CM checking method if you have watery CM most of the time.

Have you started your Provera? How do you feel this cycle?

It could be O spotting especially with the pains you felt, but without OPKs and temping, there's really no way to be 100% positive, so keep BDing just in case for a few days. (It could also be AF leftovers that were, um, shaken out with the BD the day before too)

Without temping, it's really hard to tell. I'd consult your doctor to see what they think. Only your doctor will be able to give an answer that is right for you based on your medical history.
