So this is my first cycle of Clomid, and I was super excited to see a pos. OPK on CD19! Now it's CD 21 and I am so tender in my pelvic area below my tummy. I have been having some Ovulation pains since late yesterday and all through the night and now again today. Should they be lasting this long? My temps are still low with a small rise this am. Does it look like I am about to O? I'm so confused as I totally thought last night was it.
Any input would be great! Thanks ladies!

Yup, you could O anywhere from 12-48 hours after you get a positive OPK! Get BDing just to be safe!

I think you O'd on CD 21. And yes O pains can last that long. They can start. stop, and start again. Some women get them before O, after O, or during O. Before O they are thought to be caused by the swelling of the follicle, during they are caused by the rupture of the follicle, after they are caused by the contrations helping move the egg down the tube.

Makes sense! I just added a "fake" high temp for tomorrow and it puts ovulation at CD20. I do think it was yesterday though.
