What does this mean???

So this am when I put in my temp FF said my chart went Triphasic. What is that and is it a good thing? LOL Sorry to ask if it's dumb, just never heard that before!

LOL It can be a good sign - sometimes it's an indicative of pregnancy!

Basically, after you O, your chart should be biphasic - you should have seen a temp shift to show that you O'd... well, tri just means there was another temp shift going higher.

Your chrat definitely has the beginning signs of being triphasic!

Thanks ladies! It dipped a tiny bit today, but I am wondering if it had to do with my wake up time, I temped about 45 mins before I normally do because I woke up and had to pee REALLY bad! LOL!!! Should I discard it?

just note it on your chart--and a dip that small doesn't really mean much either.

Okay, noted it. Thanks so much for the help ladies! I was just looking at my chart from my last pregnancy and this one is starting to look alot like it! I hope that's a good sign!
