I can't hold my bladder through the night. I end up waking up around 2 or 3 every night to go to the bathroom. I don't think it affects my temp normally because I usually get another three to four hours of sleep after that but it does irritate me. I would like to sleep a solid six to eight hours but hey what can you do? Do you sleep through the night normallY?

I do that too but I have always had problems with my bladder. I probably should go see a urologist but I just don't want to. I seen one when I was a teen and it helped for a while but it was a bad experience. (I will spare you the story) LOL. I just can't hold my bladder for too long.

If you really think it is an issue, may be you should get checked.

Someone told me that my bladder has to have issues because once I pee in the early AM and go to work, I will pee next at 6 PM when I get back and that time I was pregnant, and she didnt think that was normal.

When we were little mom didnt want us to use the bathrooms at school and we were in school only a few hours in a day, so we used to pee before and after school at home and I guess my body adjusted to that.

Seems we are in two extremes...

However, when having Trinity, they used a catheter on me (though I had her vaginally) because they didnt want me getting up. It was my first time on the catheter, and after they removed it, I never made it to the bathroom for three days, and I thought I was done, and needed pampers. I couldnt even know that I needed to pee till I stand up! That was not funny at all.

I get up to pee at least twice per night. Usually I can get in 3 hours of solid sleep before my temp time though.

I rarely have to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. When I do on occassion, I try not to look at the clock because if I think, "oh crap, I need to hurry up and fall back asleep to get my 3 hours in" I will never fall asleep

If I wake up to pee, I take my temp. After I pee, I just go back to sleep and when my alarm goes off, I record the first temp and temp again. That way I can adjust accordingly
