Who has just started charting? What made you decide to try it?

Me! Me! Me! This is really my first full month of it. I've just known lots of women who have had good results from it and really it's quite simple...well...the act itself is, interpreting the chart is a whole different deal! I'm liking it alot so far...but I'm hoping I won't have to use it after this month

This is my first month ttc and charting. I have charted before when I wasn't ttc. I am so glad I did it this month because I would have been so wrong on my o date and I think I wouldn't have hit the right dates.

I actually haven't charted per se in two months, though I do keep my chart going on FF....I just haven't temped since then, mostly because I needed a sanity break!

I love charting though, it can be a tad obsessive, but it's neat to see how your body works and really know when you're ovulating. Oh, and my DH loves looking at it to see our BD progress!!!

I have had the same problem finding thermometers. When you find one you might want to buy two of that way if you lose one of them while you are charting you will have a back up. I have had that happen to me so many times when I have tried to start charting that I just thought I'd mention it.

WELCOME TO THE BOARD!!!!

I just started too! DD is still nursing and we decided we wanted to TTC this fall but AF still hadn't returned. So I charted about a month of CM and voila! She showed at the end of August. Now I'm doing temps too so that we can find the eggie. I was on BCP for years so really have NO idea what a "normal" cycle is for me.

I'm newish to charting online. This is my second cycle charting, the first was anovulatory.
I also charted 4 cycles back in feb-june, but on paper. Two of them were anovulatory, one was ovulatory, and I gave up on the 4th midway through.
