I know what the Egg white stuff looks like and the watery, like when I've wiped and like the (sorry if TMI) toilet paper just is like greased lightning. I know that's watery, and for lack of a way to explain this one... um my husvand said to me the other day when we were in a "compromising situation" ie a quickie with not forplay. "you're leaking white stuff." man this is embarassing. HOpe this is ok to share? and I said like totally white or like eggwhites (having just woken up) and he said it's like both. What is that kind? do you always get CM or just sometimes? I only ever really notice it when it's the watery or the egg white??? What constitutes as the creamy and sticky ones?

I'm really sorry if this is TMI guys. I don't know where else to ask ?????

I go by texture. I feel it, not look. Creamy is lotiony, watery is watery, etc. You can get CM any time in your cycle, what you ahve to learn is your CM pattern.

You're so silly! Don't be embarrassed to share anything here! We all know that with charting, a lot of it is TMI and we don't mind.

I also go by consistency, I feel it with my fingers (well, I check internally), then if it's stretchy - EWCM, if it's creamy like lotion and not stretchy - creamy, sticky - doesn't stretch at all and is well, you know, sticky.

The midwife I work for describes "fertile" CM as anything that stretches one inch between your fingers.
