Okay...let me see if I can explain this right. I'm just going to use some numbers as examples.
If you live in Virgina(east coast) and normally take your temp at 9 am, and you are going to California(west coast), you would want to take your temp at 6 am california time. You want to keep your time as close to normal as it was. Traveling will affect your temps and can delay O, so just be prepared. Esp. when it sounds like you are doing transoceanic travel.....I know when last time I went from the states to Europe it delayed my O by 6 days.......So just be ready for that to happen.[/b]

thanks jennifer. i actually would prefer if i O'd later since my husband may not be able to come with me
yes the problem is, with my temp taking and trying to take it the same time as where i am is that i will be traveling from japan which is 14hrs ahead of chgo.
if i continued taking it at 9am starting saturday (the day i travel) i'll have been up and moving around for about 3hrs. so then i guess i take it again on saturday night (when i arrive in chgo) at 7pm same day of travel (which would be japan's 9am sunday)? but i will also be up and have moved around by then..
