When you are pregnant, how will you tell your family?

I have no idea how I will tell. I won't tell anyone until we are at least 13 weeks anyway. I won't even tell my husband until I get it confirmed by the doctor(which will be the same day I test...lol..before he gets home from work!).

Though last time we resorted to email since we tried for almost a week and still only managed to catch my Grandma at home!

Last time, I found out the same day that I just happened to be going to visit my aunt, so when I got there, I showed her a digital. We then proceeded to call EVERYONE in my family about it. DH didn't believe me at ALL, because we'd been trying for so long, and I always see things on tests.

I think it's going to be a bigger deal at work honestly, than for my family when I get pregnant, because I work at an OB/GYN office(they're my dr too), and they've followed me through all of this.

I will probably call everyone this time.

Last time was the fun stuff. I got these really cute preemie outfits and went to my parents house. I brought the bag in with me and my mom saw it and said "What did you buy?" I said hold on I'll show you. I held them up to my stomach and said "Pink or Blue?" She said "For who??" meanwhile my dad is just smiling at how clueless my mom is I said "For me." It took awhile for her to *get it*. LOL Then she was calling everyone she knew. Miscarriage has never happened to anyone in my family so it was a huge letdown when I lost my baby.
