I have a "aggressive bacterial bladder infection" according to the doctor. I can say that this is a horrible thing to have unless you enjoy being in severe pain when you pee.

I have been given antibiotics (Macrobid) to take twice a day for 7 days.

Does any of this effect my temps? (Temp was 98.06 this morning ) They have been rising as if I O'd but I am not sure if I actually could have O'd so early or if it's due to the illness. I had a slight fever late yesterday afternoon but I think the antibiotics are kicking in and it was gone by the evening. I had some cramping around CD10, but not sure it it was O cramping or due to the infection coming on. My boobs are also sore again so not sure if that's because I O'd or I am gearing up to O (usually happens after).

I guess I will have to wait and see what my temps do. On the bright side I am taking today off work and I may just take tomorrow off too! []

I'm not sure if the antibiotics could raise your temp, but a bladder infection certainly could. Hugs to you. UTIs are the worst. I hope you are feeling better soon.

After doing a little research on FF, it says that antibiotics can alter your CM and not affect your temps, however having running a temperature, being sick, etc... can alter your temps. hth I hope you feel better soon!

Thanks for the replies , I am feeling much better today. I discarded my really high temp yesterday as I am sure it was caused by the infection.
