Stretchy is usually EWCM. Creamy doesn't stretch, it's more like lotion. HTH
Normally with those signs, I'd say it sounds like you are going to O today or within the next couple of days. However, your temps are making it a bit unclear, maybe time will tell. Good luck!

The color doesn't really matter, if it stretches, it works! Do you have any pre-seed lubricant? That works really well, especially if you're unsure of your CM.
