Hi, Its my first time charting and I dont have a paid subscription to FF & I was wondering if you think it looks like a good chart or a triphisic

Ummmm.... When are you testing girl?

I am not sure what you need as far as temps go to be triphastic....but my goodness that is one promising looking chart

On 1/31 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon. He was our 7th loss

Noob question but what exactly does it mean to have a chart that is triphasic. what does that mean for fertility?? Thanks

*Sometimes* a triphasic chart means pregnancy--a second surge of hormones sends your temps through the roof.
