Wow ladies....check out my chart. I was beginning to think I'd never approach or get near 98 with my temps. Today was the closest so far and check out that huge spike. I have no idea what to think. I earnestly thought I ovulated on CD13 or CD14.

I feel really crappy today & have a HUGE headache. I can't imagine someone ovulating this late. I was figuring on AF to be hear around Monday or so. Who knows. I guess the next few days of temping will tell a story. Thanks for stalking my chart.

~ April

Are you having any CM? What is your cervix like? Only the next couple of days will tell what is really going on. I don't see a clear thermal shift anywhere on your chart so far so I don't know.

How long are your cycles usually? If your temps stay up it does look like you may have just O'd. It's hard to tell with the missing temps at the beginning of your chart but since you got negative OPK's cd 13 & 14 it will be interesting too see what happens!

Since you're feeling crappy, could it be that you're coming down with something and that's why your temp is up this morning? With so many missing temps from the beginning of the cycle, it's hard to pinpoint an ovulation date.

Well, this is my first true cycle off of BCP so I'm not sure what my cycle length is 'under normal conditions'. When I was on BCP they were 30 - 32 days. This was my first cycle charting which is why temps are missing from CD1 - 11. This is cycle #1 for us TTC.

CM has been creamy and seemed Watery / Creamy on CD 24 but I wasn't proof positive so I put creamy because I didn't think it was possible that I could be fertile / approaching O, especially so late in the game. Can post O temps be high yet still not in the 98+ range??

I felt my cervix yesterday and it felt lower & medium & maybe open - it felt like a touching a dimple (not soft & high). It' was barely reachable on CD13/14 & felt soft like touching lips. (sorry if TMI description, my doc described the different ways it could feel & what to look for).

Just as a test, I entered 96.3 for CD10-11 & FF gave me O crosshairs for CD14. Boy do I wish I had bought a BBT Thermometer sooner so that I had data for the beginning of this cycle.

I just thought, well maybe i'm on the lower range of temps and even post O won't see anything 98+. Then today I saw the huge rise and was like...uh....is it possible to O this late in ones cycle?? My doctor had me on provera for 10 days to induce this cycle after I had no cycles for the months of May, June, July, August. We figured it was because my body was adjusting to being off BCP.

I need Patience Dust to allow time for data to accumulate but I just wonder....ya know!

hmmm...I'd say give it a few days. Lots of patience dust to you too...the last two times my body has tried to O, it's caused a cyst to rupture instead so I know how patience is needed!

UPDATE & 'Additional Information.....

I took a BC Powder (Aspirin) and my headache & aches subsided, I feel much better.

Other info....

I started BC when I was 19 (turned 35 in August) and I was on it for the most part with the exception of 3 years here & 2 years there break when I was between relationships.

I was thinking about the room temperature thing but we live in WA & I had the window open last night (lows are in the 40's, highs in the 50's outside), plus I have a fan blowing directly on me & I'm generally hot natured. I keep the house around 66 degrees... 70 if DH is lucky. That's why I was suprised to see such a dramatic temperature spike.

Oh my poor DH once I have a bun in the oven...or if I have to take clomid! My maiden name was Sparks ....no wonder! LOL!

I really and truly thought i had O'd around CD13 or 14 when I had HOLY CRAP watery CM & signifigant O pains. But I never got the +OPK, then again, I was only taking 1 test a day at 6pm (not sure how much I had had to drink before the test, but I was trying to limit it so as not to dilute things)

So todays' big temperature spike was a big suprise! Even if I O'd on CD14 as I suspected, we didnt BD enough (DH had to go out of town for family emerg) in my opinion to be able to conceive & that would put me at 13 dpo as of today. I took an HPT (the free one that was include with my box of OPK's & it was negative. I don't feel any symptoms that could indicate being PG so I guess I'm just confused and will have to see how things play out with my temps over the next few days.

I appreciate any input or thoughts. Thank you so much!!
