Ok, so I'm pretty sure I O'd on CD17.....I had all the signs that would indicate O (even a temp rise the next morning) HOWEVER....last night, Florida decided to get "cold", so our house which is usually 77 degrees at night was 74 this morning....I WAS FREEZING!!!!! TMI, but I also slept in the nude which is something I don't usually do....so I was wondering....could my temp drop this morning possibly have been a result of the much cooler temp in the house???

I know I will still have to wait a few more days to confirm O....I'm just trying to decided whether I should be optimistic about this at all....thanks for any input!

**UPDATE** OCTOBER 14, 2007...

Ok, so now I don't KNOW WHAT TO THINK!?!?!? I had another temp dip today.....but I thought I O'd on CD17....but now I just don't know....

But my chart has definitely taken on a different pattern since about CD14, so I *think* something happened hormonally to cause that change....I just HOPE I O'd.......this is just so frustrating.....after losing two babies, and I'm right back where I started

Can you take a look at my chart and see if you think I did possibly O??? I played around with FF, and because of my temp dips they won't give me CH's until like Wednesday (assuming my temps go up and stay up)...so only time will tell.....*sigh*...I hate this part...

***********UPDATE*********10-16-07

So I think CD21 was THE DAY!!! I think we timed BDing pretty well.....so we'll see what happens....I used pre seed on CDs 17, 18, & 21...so hopefully it helped the little spermies stay alive until the eggie got there .....Anyway, I was *thinking* that *IF* I get my CHs tomorrow then I won't temp anymore....it just really stresses me out and I think not temping would help lessen my anxiety....is there anyone else who does this???

Yeah, I think that drastic changes in the temperature can affect your temps.

I know, it DID get cold in FL last night, and is still cold this morning!!!! Brrrrr What part of Florida do you live in?

Right above Destin, in the Panhandle. I know, we are so spoiled with the warm weather, huh? We lived in Orlando for little over a year a couple of years ago and my blood REALLY thinned out! My family always makes fun of us for being such "wimps" when it comes to cold weather.

I think if you had a drastic change in room temp it could make a difference. I am wondering about that myself. Dh keeps turning the heater off so I wake up and am freezing. Last night I made sure it was turned on so that I could get an accurate read on my temps. I try to keep the house at the same temp so that I am not sitting around thinking my temps are off because of room temp changes.

So I did some research on FF, and room temp can *absolutely* effect BBT...soooo, tonight I'm going to set my heat to 77, since the outside temp dropped below that last night, causing my indoor temp to be cooler....DH isn't going to be very happy....but what do I care

Your temp looks like it went up a bit this morning.
Good luck! I hope you get higher and higher temps now.

By the way, I had to chuckle at your discussion of what's cold. I'm in Pittsburgh and I keep my house at 65 during the day and 60 overnight. I'm used to it so I don't think it's that cold!

I'm sure when we ever have a baby that will have to change. But, for now, I like to try and keep my heating bill low!

I'm with Lucidity, I live in WA state so I keep our heat on 62 and I'm lucky if I can tolerate 70. I'm naturally hot natured (maiden name SPARKS!) and I am perfectly comfortable in 50 & 60's as long as there isn't a strong wind. I'm orginally from Texas but somehow I've acclamated to the weather up north here so I have no idea how I will survive when we got back to Texas. I imagine a swimming pool will me a MUST for me. I've always wondered if my temps would be affected by the room temperature. Our bedroom is upstairs so I'd guess it stays around 68 - 70 since heat rises.

but no matter how cool I keep the room, I still have pretty normal temps. Go figure!!

I think that is why we HAD to adjust to the heat, because we needed to keep our electric bill low! When I first moved to Orlando we kept our air on 70, which we were dying of heat, let me tell ya, and our bill was over $200 for an appartment, the air conditioner literally never stopped running. Sooo, after months of sweating I guess our bodies just adjusted to it and now I am comfy at 75.
