Afternoon,

I was wondering for those that check their CP.. In general when does the CP usually go high? Does it stay Low all before Oing and only go high the day of O'ing? Or does it go high a few days before and stay high a while?
I am asking because I have been having O pains & EWCM/WCM for a while not but my CP is VERY low.. it is like right at the opening!

Yay for a high CP! This is my first month of charting and checking my CP, but i noticed that my CP was much higher today and coincided with the EWCM I had today, so I believe I am O'ing. But I think it varies for each woman. Have it always been low before, or are you new to checking like I am?
