Ok, ladies....so after entering today's temp (which was really high, btw) and still not get CH's I decided to take out some of the info that might be confusing FF.....


And when I did that....BAM! CROSSHAIRS on CD17....but I though I O'd on CD21????

I think my temp is really high (for me) at 3 dpo...so 7 dpo makes more sense...I just don't know what to think....WHEN DO YOU THINK I O'D??????

I got my CH's on CD22

Last time I took Clomid, I got pregnant on the first try (our only problem is lack of O)

So I'm hoping my chances are pretty good this cycle.....looks like I timed BDing pretty good.....we will see....OK so I'm testing on the 24th at 9dpo....got my last DARK BFP at 10 dpo.....so only SIX more days

I think you O'd on CD21. What kind of stuff did you take off of your chart? This month I had a huge temp rise after I O'd and FF didn't give me CH's for 4 days! I think it had something to do with the steep temp rise and figuring out what my coverline should be. After saying that, I think FF has my CH's off by a day.

That CH makes absolutely no sense. FF is smoking it's bad crack again. Did you play around with the interpretation settings at all? Fertility Awareness will probably give you a more accurate interpretation than Advanced. Without more CM data, it's hard to say for sure...but with temps alone, your CH should be on CD22 (though you'll probably need one more high temp to confirm that).

The CH's might move if you get one more high temp.

I took off my OPKs....I have PCOS and don't know exactly how accurate they are anyway...and they seemed to be confusing FF...

Now I will say that on CD17 I had EWCM with spotting...and have not had either since CD17....I just don't know what to think...only time will tell I suppose....

FF is being a drunken quack again. I'd say CD 21 or 22 is much more likely.

Ok...you girls know WAY MORE about charting than I do...so let me ask you this-why would you say CD22 and NOT 21?? I thought O happened the day before a temp rise?? I'm confused

And I got a - OPK on CD22???

CD22 because your temperature doesn't rise until CD23. It's ok if you had a negative OPK on CD22, that doesn't change anything. OPK's are positive a day or two prior to ovulation...so you may have missed it.

Keep in mind that even with mucus, temps, and OPK's - charting still just gives us an estimate of when ovulation occurs. Ovulation occurs within a two day window after a positive OPK - so that's not exact. Temperatures can take an extra day or two to rise after ovulation, so it's an estimate too...not exact.

It's simpler to just say ovulation happened on a certain day, but in reality we don't know the EXACT day - just the window in which it may have occured. The only way to know the exact day is by daily transvaginal ultrasound. Based on temps, ovulation likely occurred at some point between CD20-22. To keep it simple, we just go with the day before the temp rise - CD22.
