I was wondering what I should do if I forgot to take my BBT this morning. I realized after I got out of bed that I forgot to take my temperature. Should I not enter anything for that today and just chart the rest of my signs, or is there another time I can take my temperature?? Eeep!

Just chart the rest of your signs and leave the temp blank. It happens to all of us at times!

I agree with pp...just leave the temp blank

Just make a note of it, as well as any other signs.

Missing any one temp won't have that much impact on your overall chart.
