My doctor has said to me once that I didn't have to temp all the way through til AF comes. She said I could just temp about 3-4 days past ovulation and that would be good enough. I guess the temps are to just show that you have O'd in the cycle.

Do any of you stop tempting once you have O'd? I kinda want to just stop at this point in my chart, but on the other hand I am curious as to how this cycle will turn out. But if I also continue to temp, I am afraid of just getting disappointed when I see my temps dropping back down.

I temp always, even through AF.

I would always temp up until AF arrived, just to be able to obsess over the temps--possible pregnancy and that sort of thing.

Also, I would continue temping--what if you didn't O when FF thought you did? If you have temps all the way out, then you would really know.
