not to take your temp. while your sick? I have been sick for a week or so, and I didnt. Now I wish I had, but I dont know if it would have made a difference. Thanks
I'm a firm believer in taking my temp always, as that way I can see how illness affects my chart and when things go back to normal. I think it is really up to each person though
