Afternoon,

I know & have been told cycle after cycle that temps during the day don't matter.. But I have a question anyhow.

this am when I took my BBT it was 36.6C(97.9F) only .1 degree higher then yesterday... well I have taken my temp a few times today other then first thing in the morning and my temp ranges from 36.9 to 37.2C(98.5-99F)

What I am wondering is, Do you think my progesterone did not rise till after I got up this am? I'm not too sure how long it takes to rise after O that is why I am asking...
Do you think I do need the progesterone if I am having such high temps now? Will my BBT be higher tomorrow since I am having these high temps now?
It is pretty expensive like $1 a pill so I don't want to go buy it and not need it ya know.

I'd ask your doc on that. I know clomid can cause elevated temps though, so that might be why they are higher

When I was on Clomid, my temps soared through the roof. I would take them during the day as well, when I was feeling hot, and they would always be high.

Good luck to you Candice! As for the progesterone...if there's a specific reason that they put you on it--low progesterone, short LP, then I would take it. I'm still taking mine--I have to take it until I'm 12 weeks along.
