Hello Everyone- I am new to your boards but I have been stalking for awhile now and decided to join. I belong to another TTC forum and need some new feedback. Dh and I have been TTC for a year now and haven't been the least bit successful. Until this last mth I have not been charting (I know it was stupid but I was lazy) I used OPK and found a surge almost every mth I used them. This month I used both OPK and temping and I don't think that I O'd. Can you look at my chart and tell me what you think?

My longest cycle has been 31 days and my shortest 28, on day 27 my temps have skyrocketed w/ no sign of AF.... What does that mean? UGH this is so frustrating!!!

Sorry, without CM observations it's just too ambiguous to evaluate properly. There is no sustained thermal shift. Even though your cycle hasn't been longer than 31 days, you could have just had a weird cycle and ovulated later than usual...after you'd already stopped with the OPK's or not at all yet. Anything unusually stressful go on this cycle? Illness? Travel? Change in diet, medication, or exercise regimen?

Your temps are all over the place and I can't see any clear thermal shift. Are you taking your temp before you move every day at the exact same time? It's normal to have an anovulatory cycle every once in a while too, so this might just be anovulatory(of course, no way to know for sure until AF shows).

I know my temps are everywhere!!! It is crazy!
I started temping at 7:00 am but sometimes I get up earlier or later so I changed and now I set my alarm clock for 4:00am take my temp and go to the bathroom to update my chart.

How does mouth breathing affect your temps?? I am considering temping vaginally since I am a mouth breather.

How does the weather affect your temps too? I thought this might have something to do with it since it was hot enough earlier this month that we had the air conditioner on and now it is cool and we are having to turn the heat on in the evenings.

I have read TCOYF twice now and I am getting ready to start my 3rd run through of it.

I have little to no visable CM so we use preseed almost everytime we BD.

Mouth breathing can make your temps really bouncy, because some mornings your mouth might be cooler from having it open...other mornings it could be warmer because your mouth was partially closed. Weather can cause some little fluctuations too, but usually not enough to affect your chart too much.

You can also feel the presence of CM when there isn't enough of it to see - do you ever notice feelings of wetness or lubrication? If so, when did that happen?
