Does it really matter how much you wake up in the night? I understand not getting out of bed, but I wake up at least 1/2 dozen times a night. I just roll over and go right back to sleep.
If it's a consistent thing, then you will still see the thermal shift, etc. One night may throw you off, but if it is every night, then it won't be a big deal
I would say if it's something that you really do on a consistant basis, then it's ok. But if you're only doing it every now and then, then it would probably cause a change in your temps.
