This question may be wierd but I really don't understand how to chart. AFter I had my girls I became irregular. i would like to try for another one.

I never understood how so I never charted. I looked at some of your charts and they look completely foreign to me.
I heard about temp checking but don't know how to plot it and when I ovaluate.

sorry for my questions.

thanks

HElloo and welcome! Fertilityfriend.com has great free charting software and can teach you a lot about charting for conceiving. I also really suggest reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility to learn a lot more!

Your girls are soooo cute!

THe whole basic idea of charting is that your temps will rise and fall in connection with your hormones--so that way you can tell when you are about to ovulate, and when you have ovulated. It's a very good idea to track your cervical mucous as well, because it show s a good picture of what's going on in your body.

Like Jennifer said, the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a wondeful place to start if you're confused.

Good luck and welcome!
