Hi girls,

It looks like I have a clear thermal shift and ovulation date, but my post-O temps have been very erratic, especially compared to my previous charts. I started off this cycle with a new BBT. That couldn't be the reason, is it? I'm doing everything else the same, but I have never had these drastic up-down patterns before.

What do you think?

They're a little bouncy, yes - but it still shows the clear thermal shift overall, so there's no reason to worry about it. As long as you were using the same BBT for the whole cycle, then that likely isn't a factor. Every cycle is different!

Temp dive this morning Feeling fairly strong AF cramps, but no spotting yet. I don't like that I spot before AF, so hopefully I won't have any of that this cycle. Just waiting on A. Flo.........
