Again, this is my first cycle after going off BC pills.

AF ended last Saturday. I've had 2 days of sticky CF and then today it's been creamy. But when I was checking this afternoon, the fluid looked like a creamy pink on the tissue. Am I suppose to treat today as creamy? Could this just be some spotting because of going off the pill?

It could be from going off, yes. It could also be breakthrough bleeding, a sign that your estrogen levels are rising in order to bring about the process of ovulation (or at least try to). Make sure you note the spotting on your chart, AND note the creamy mucus too. Time will tell.
