I started charting the middle of my cycle in the middle of Sept. using a regular digital thermometer vaginally, my temps were in the 98's until AF came.

Last month, my first complete month charting, I O'd on CD13, temps rose into the 98's and didn't fall under the coverline until AF showed.

This month, I am on CD16, I am dry now, very low CP, no temp rise, had creamy CM I guess for almost a week, I think, I feel like I can't even differenciate the difference between CM......my cycles are at the most 29 days, so what's going on.....I did nothing different than last month, been off BCP for years so its not that.....

I don't know what to do....what to think.....

K, just went to the bathroom and if I got my fingers up ther pretty good, I got some EWCM......

I am just so confused and bummed out....I don't feel good at all about this month and already want AF to come so I can start over....

Your temp might still rise in the next few days. Stress, travel, illness, change in diet or medication or exercise regimen - any of those things may have delayed ovulation.

CM is a bit confusing, but there are lots of ways you can get training to understand it all (classes, courses, private coaching with a charting instructor, etc). The Billings Method by Dr. Lyn Billings is almost entirely about CM, if you like to read.

I would discourage checking for mucus internally. When a woman is infertile, the mucus dries up as it passes over glands in the vagina called the Pockets of Shaw. Going in to search for mucus disrupts this process, so what you find in there isn't actually an accurate reflection of what your fertility is doing. That could be creating more confusion for you than is necessary. If you want to check cervical position, go right ahead...but try to ignore mucus you find internally.

By looking at your chart I'd say you haven't O'd yet, if your cm and cp is as you are charting then I'd say you are in your fertile window and you should be bding! Good Luck!

In my experience, my cycles will be anywhere from 20 days - 29 days and I'll O anywhere from cd7- cd18. Good Luck, keep bding!

I'd say that it looks like you are in your fertile window and are coming up on Oing soon, possibly.
