Just curious as to how many of you girls have had an anovulatory cycle before. Did you continue to have anovulatory cycles or did you go back to normal? Did you have bleeding, and how long did it last.
I had one this cycle, and had withdrawal bleeding, I'm wondering how long this is going to last.

I've had anovulatory cycles since July until this one. Well..my body tried to O twice before this, but instead ruptured cysts(causing me to have surgery). I have medical issues though, I am not normal!

Jumping in here, I am a charting graduate, and i now have an August baby, after 18 months TTC!

I had Anovulatory cycles for 13 months before getting my BFP. Its a very long and frustrating road to be on. My cycles were anywhere from 30-90 days! I had horrible breakthough bleeds as well. I had one breakthrough bleed that landed me in the ER becuase of so much blood loss! I was tested then to make sure i wasn't miscarrying, luckily that was negative!
The few cycles before my BFP, were ovulatory, BUT we were moving so much, that we rarely had a chance to DTD. I finally got my BFP December 25, 2006! That month, we didn't stress about TTC, we just took it as it came. I stopped temping, but i did keep track of my CM, and i also took OPKs. And, i also want to add, that we only managed to DTD once that month!!!!!!! That one time landed me my BFP, it was the perfect time to make a baby!

Many times you will go back to normal. I forgot to mention that i was on a low dose of the BCP prior to TTC. I STRONGLY believe they messed my body up, and thats what delayed me from getting my BFP. Some other times, there could be something more to why you are not ovulating. Is stress a big factor in your life? Stress is capable of delaying/postponing ovulation.

I hope you get your BFP when you start to TTC! Try to relax, and take it one day at a time! (I know its easier said then done.....BTDT!)
