I'm really trying to be patient but it's making me angry. I knew that when I stopped taking BCP that my cycles may be screwy. I have gone from sticky CF to Creamy and then back to sticky a few times... and with spotting a few days. I keep waiting for the eggwhite and a temperature spike. I suppose this means I may not O this month? My body is annoying me

The pill shrivels up the part of your cervix where good quality mucus is produced (thus increasing the production of the less fertile stuff - creamy, sticky, etc.) You may not actually see good mucus right away, only time will tell. Most women do ovulate fairly quickly after discontinuing the pill, but the cervix can take longer to heal...meaning you may see a wide range different kinds of mucus while the cervix heals, and eventually the really good stuff.

Hang in there! Your body just needs some time and some patience! There's no way to know if you will ovulate or not this cycle...it could be around the corner, it could take awhile. No assumptions, we just don't know.

I'm sorry you're frustrated. You could O any day.

The hard part is that you can't predict when it will happen.

I really hope you don't have to wait as long as I have to regulate. I went off bcp in February and am not regular to this day. I've only ovulated three times since the pill. And, those three days were hard to predict since there was no pattern to my temps or CM.

The good news is that you could O on any one day so hang in there. I hope you're wait isn't as long as mine.

You're also still pretty early in their cycle. Most women DON'T O around ch 14 of their cycle. I usually didn't O until around 18 or 19. Good luck to you!! Hang in there!
