First of all, I'm so sorry about your loss!
To answer your question, you can't estimate or predict when ovulation will occur, you can only monitor your signs of fertility so you know exactly when your body is trying to ovulate. Your hormones may be a little out of whack from the m/c and that's normal. What you can do though is track your cervical mucus, as this will give you several days advance warning that ovulation is approaching. Anytime you have mucus present, it's a sign of rising estrogen levels because your body may attempt ovulation. When mucus is present you are potentially fertile.
