You helped a few weeks ago in the Am I pg board and I am wondering if I can tap your expertise again this time for temping.[/b]

I actually am not trained to teach temping, I teach a CM-only system of evaluating fertility. I just know the basics when it comes to temping.

I know I had a dip and a rise. Last night the heater was left on all night and I think that could have factored into my higher temp???[/b]

Dips are not conclusive of anything - it's the overall pattern of your temps that tell the story of when ovulation may have occurred. You need 3 temps which are higher than the previous 6 to confirm ovulation. YES, the heater could have impacted your temp, so you may want to mark that one as disturbed.

Tonight I am having lotiony CF...TMI. I would really appreciate any words of wisdom from you or anyone else. I am also wondering when the best time for BDing is this CF is a sign of oing soon, which I hope. Is it common to get false + OPK's. I know I have so many questions. Thanks for any help I can get.[/b]

Lotiony CM can mean anything. Every woman has her own unique CM, so I have no idea what that means for you specifically. It could be related to fertility, or it could be vaginal discharge. It takes a few cycles of CM observation to determine what is fertile for you, and what isn't.
The best time to BD if you want to conceive is anytime you notice a feeling of lubrication as you go about your day or when you wipe. That's your *most* fertile time, but anytime CM is present you are also potentially fertile. It's possible to get a positive OPK and not ovulate afterwards, but this is more common for those of us with long irregular cycles and health problems like PCOS. I think your chart looks good - the mucus pattern and the positive OPK's look hopeful! You just need to 2 more high temps to confirm a thermal shift and then you'll know if you're in the 2WW or still watching for ovulation! Good luck!
