Before I was married I always knew right when I was O-ing as I would have a TON of CM for three days every cycle. Then I got married and I got pregnant the first week of being married. After I had my son, I realized that I can't tell when I'm O-ing based on CM. I can't tell what is CM and what is sperm. Is there a way to tell? I really can't figure it out.

Well, there's a big difference between fertile CM and non-fertile CM. Fertile CM looks a lot like eggwhites. If you can stretch it between your fingers, about an inch, it's eggwhite. If it's lotiony, or creamy, it's non fertile CM.

Have you thought about using OPKs? They're great at helping pinpoint when you O.

Good luck, and welcome!!!!
