Since I did end up ovulating about 7 days ago does that mean my last cycle wasn't really anovulatory? Was it just a long cycle? Does that breakthrough bleeding not count? Sorry for so many questions.

It depends what charting system you use. It doesn't *really* matter too much though - except when women who are TTC assume that a breakthrough bleed is menstruation and don't realize that it's fertile and miss their opportunity. With the system I teach, you wouldn't start charting a new cycle unless it was a TRUE menstration...meaning ovulation was confirmed first. Breakthrough and withdrawal bleeds don't reset anything so it's charted as one long cycle. But Fertility Friend just resets the chart every time you bleed, no matter what the reason for the bleeding was.
