Hi all! I have a quick question. I'm TTC #2 and I charted with my last pregnancy, but I just haven't had it in my heart to do it again. Maybe next month. Anyway, I'm trying just to play the numbers game but I'm always confused as to when I should say my cycle started. Last Saturday, 11/17 I had spotting, Sunday barely anything and then full on flow on Monday the 19th. Which day would you say is day one? Since having my son, I've had a pretty regular 30 day cycle, but maybe it is 28 if I don't count those two spotty days?

Day one is always the first full day of flow. So, if you were charting, you would mark Saturday as spotting, the next as nothing, and then full on bleeding.
