How do you know if it's CM or if it's just b/c you have been BDing? Confused??? Any help would be great!

*Had doctors appointment scheduled for 11/17 to start the process with IVF and had to cancel +HPT 11/15!!!

as far as I was told you should check your cervical fluid right befor or after have sex.

You should check before having sex, and after you have sex (after waiting 30 minutes or whatever you want) you should try to do as many kegels as possible to emit the "leftovers" so that you can see your CM again the next day. Also, if it dries on the fingertip almost instantly, that's not CM usually.
