Well, I finished my very first month charting! I was feeling very uncomfortable today and then right after dinner AF came, and pretty heavily. Things went well I think, considering it was my first month off BC pills. Thank gosh for FF though, I hate those paper charts!

How is everyone else new to charting?

Yay for finishing your first cycle! I'm still new, at the beginning of my third. I'm starting to get the hang of it. Keep at it!

It really took me a while to get in the swing of things when I first started charting. Then it started to become second nature. Good luck!

It's SO nice to see someone in their first cycle after BCP that doesn't have an insane cycle!!! I keep hearing all these horror stories of all the problems coming off BC can cause.....!
This is my first month charting off of BCP too and so far everything seems normal......the only thing is I forgot what it felt like to O (on BCP for 7 years)...so I'm freaking out at every single thing I feel! I am crampy, spotting (which is freaking me out) and feel bloated...but apparently this is all normal. So anyway, congrats on your first successful month charting and good luck preventing!

My very, very first cycle off of B/C was fine! It was the next cycle (and apparently this one too) that was the problem.... Who knows though, everyone reacts differently so you may never have any problems! good luck!
