So, this is my first month of charting...so I will admit that I'm not quite sure of what I'm doing.

I think that I am O-ing! I've got the CM and my CP is just what it is when I O (and I haven't felt it do this in I don't know how long). Today I am crampy, and my back aches. I have good CM.

I had a temp dip today...I'm wondering if it could be a pre-O dip?? I have been temping myself vaginally and today I my hubby did it for me. I should have done it myself too to see what the number was, but I didn't. I think that tomorrow I'll do it then ask my hubby to do it and see how the numbers compare.

My hubby and I aren't TTC, but we're not avoiding either. (I would LOVE to be preggers again!) I'm just really trying lately to know what my body is doing. I think that I've had a couple of cycles lately where I haven't O-d. I just want to monitor my body and see if it's "working properly". Does that make sense?

So, what do you all think? Am I O-ing?

It's hard to tell because ALL of your temps are open circles, meaning some disturbance occured. It's possible, but only time will tell hwat is really happening

It's very hard to tell because you only have a few temps, but if your body is displaying signs of Oing, then I would go with your instinct!

Does it make the open circles when you go back and change something? Because I've done that-I've made my entries in the morning and then by evening I realize that I was wrong and I change it (like, not much CM when I get up, but by midday I had lots of really good CM). I guess that I'll just have to start filling in the chart in the evenings to make sure that it's correct the first time. Also, I just realized that you can enter your info in Primary, Secondary, Tests, Specific, Meds, Custom, and Appointments and just hit save once and it will save all your info in ALL the categories. I previously thought that I had to hit save for EACH category! I'm still learning here.

no, teh open circles mean there was some kind of disturbance-your temp was taken at a time different than normal, you were sleep deprived, you had alcohol the night before, etc.

Do you normally have a regular cycle? I think you could be about to o but agree with everyone else it is hard to say for sure. I think you have all the symptoms so I would bd! Hopefully you will see a big temp spike in the morning!

I hope so Patty! I am nervous to take my temp in the morning. My cycles since having DD have been pretty regular, but I'm pretty sure that I have had some that I never O-d. The times where I'm pretty sure I DID O, it was 2-4 days after my AF ended, so this would seem to be a correct O-ing time for me. This is my first month charting, and I am so excited that I (think) I O-d! I'm afraid that I won't see a temp spike in the morning. What if I'm wrong? Of course I could maybe O later in the cycle, but I would be sad to find that I've been wrong and I don't know what I'm talking about, you know?

Well, my temp didn't go up as I hoped it would. I'm a bit disappointed. But based on my CM and CP I wonder if I'm just still O-ing?

Going by the temp drop and your CM drying, I'm going to guess that you're Oing today. Get to BDing and GL!

Is there really a chance that I could be O-ing today? I've been on the verge of tears this morning-I figured that it was just over and I didn't O this cycle. Yesterday and today I feel crampy and a bit nauseated and just weird...I hoped that may be O-ing symptoms but after seeing the temp drop I lost that hope.

Do you really think that I may be O-ing??? Oh, I really hope so!

Wow, our charts are really similar! We're even both on day 17! This is also my first time charting, I've been on BCP for 7 years and this my first month off it. So far everything seems normal. Since I haven't O'd in 7 years I can't remember what it feels like, and I'm freaking out at the slightest feeling thinking I have cysts, or endo or something! I'm crampy (abdomen and my back aches a bit), bloated and spotting...all of this is apparently normal around Oing time! I've had 2 somewhat positive OPK's....not a dark line but not really faint either, this has me mystified and confused! I too have NO idea if I O'd or not. I thought I did when my temp dropped down, then spiked up the next day....but then this morning it was back down. It's all very confusing isn't it??!!!! Good luck to you!!!! Hopefully we'll both O this cycle and actually know for sure that we O'd instead of guessing!

Thanks for your encouragement, ladies! Today my temp shot up (which I'm thinking is a good thing?) so I guess we'll just see if it keeps going up.

When I checked my CP this morning I had some CM that was very watery, and was whitish but didn't stretch. What does that mean? It was weird. Also my cervix was closed up tight like I rarely feel it. I am excited again to see what happens! I am glad for charting to get to know myself better. If I wasn't charting I would have said that I O-d on Monday for sure. Now I know better!
