Hi ladies,
i'm not temping this month but just out of curiousity i took my temp a few days ago and one day it said like 95.65 and the other one was 96.66. Now i've never had this happen before and i actually thought i o'ed last friday or saturday. After taking those temps i noticed that the bbt numbers were fading out and now it doesn't even turn it just makes a beeping sound. I had this meter for over a year i know its possible that the battery is dying but could this result in errors in my temps ? If the battery dying is not the cause for the temps i think i need to see a doctor. Thank you for reading this !!!!!!!

It's probably the battery. I'd get a new battery or thermometer before next cycle!

My batteries on my first thermometer died within a month. (I think the thermometer sat on the shelf forever and the battery was weak).

But, when it died, I had little warning. Every time I tried to turn it on, the number faded and it wouldn't take my temp.

Definitely sounds like the battery. Get a new one before the next cycle starts!
