I've been using FF for 18 days now, and now I'm getting messages saying that my "VIP trial" is going to expire in 14 days. If I click on the link the provide, it says I have to pay to keep my account. I thought FF was free? What is the difference between VIP and just the normal basic charting?

The VIP just gives you some extra bells and whistles, but the basic charting is all you need. The basic is free, VIP is what you pay for.

The bare bones of it is free.

If I remember, when I was out of the VIP, I lost forcased ovulation days, and the color codes for the cycle. Like, the leutal phase was an orange-ish color. Now, everything is the same color.

You still get the chart and your temps listed on it. It still shows you details like when you BD'ed and what AF may be doing.

Essentially, for me, I noticed that the calendar part of ff became useless after the free trial.

I only use the chart portion now and don't see a need for all the extras that you have to pay for.

Maybe someone else will have more info on what you'll lose if you let the VIP expire.

Ok that's good, I don't even use any of the extras at all.....just chart my temps and sometimes my CM. Thanks girls!
